A rendering of the 1045 SW Madison Avenue apartmentsA rendering of the 1045 SW Madison Avenue apartments

This building opened in Fall 2024 as apartment housing for approximately 221 upper division and graduate students. It consists of a mix of studio and two-bedroom apartments. In the initial planning stages, the building generated controversy in the neighborhood due to concerns about adequate parking, as well as preservation of both the historic feel of campus and the wetland area being built upon.
