Student-athletes develop their strength and speed in the Sports Performance Center, a donor-funded facility that opened in 2008. In addition to conditioning stations, it includes a practice area for the wrestling team. The building honors the memory of the late Patrick Wayne Valley, an OSU football letterman and 1964 Rose Bowl team member.
