Integrating Library Resources into Canvas

This guide is to help faculty integrate library resources and services into their Canvas course.

Link to an Ebook

To link to an ebook, first find it in 1Search. 1Search includes the library catalog, databases, and digital collections -- including ebooks.

  1. Locate the ebook in 1Search. You may want to filter your search results by Resource Type (on the right navigation bar) to only show ebooks.
  2. Click the Online Access link.

  3. Click the Permalink icon.

  4. Copy the link that appears and paste it into Canvas.
