All ONID accounts are restricted from accessing the Google play store. Users login to OSU-managed chromebooks with their ONID account, but are then unable to access the play store to install the Anyconnect VPN client.
Contact the Service Desk and ask to have access to login to the OSU-managed chromebook with a different Google account. You will need to provide your personal Google username. Once access is granted to login to the chromebook with your personal Google account, you will be able to access the play store and download the Cisco Anyconnect VPN client.
