The Geospatial Data Gateway (GDG) provides access to a map library of over 100 high resolution vector and raster layers in the Geospatial Data Warehouse. It is the One Stop Source for environmental and natural resources data, at any time, from anywhere, to anyone. It allows you to choose your area of interest, browse and select data, customize the format, then review and download.

Oregon's Authoritative Geospatial Repository; initiative of the Oregon Geographic Information Council (OGIC) and its development was funded by the Oregon Legislature in 2021, provides access to geospatial Framework data and services, metadata, and geospatial data downloads for use by the public, academia, all levels of government, and private companies to support the needs of Oregonians. Most data within the GEOHub are open data and consumable by all. However, some data are restricted to public bodies and requires a user account for access to the secure portion of the portal.

The Oregon Statewide Imagery Program (OSIP) meets increased demand for high resolution aerial imagery and distributes new and historical imagery via web hosted services to every level of government in Oregon, the academic community, private sector business, non-governmental organizations, and the public.

ArcGIS is an integrated collection of GIS software products for mapping and spatial reasoning. Its suite of products includes ArcMap (also known as ArcGIS Desktop) and ArcGIS Pro, ArcPAD, Business Analyst and CityEngine.
The university is focusing more on ArcGIS Pro rather than the legacy "Desktop" editions. Classes in Civil Engineering are transitioning to the newer ArcGIS Pro in curriculum.
The software is free to all OSU students.
