LibAnalytics includes all the instruction migrated  from the old Drupal instruction database. You may need to access the old data in the form of Excel spreadsheets.

• Archives and Special Collections departments were combined into SCARC in LibAnalytics. If you need them separated, you need to us ethe Excel spreadsheets.
• Records imported from the Drupal instruction database do not have time stamps. I did not bring over the Session minutes because it is redunant to have a Session minutes field and the Time stamp field. If you need to add up the time you spent on instruction pre-August 2014, you'll need to use the spreadsheets.

Data from our old instruction forms lives on the Shared drive-Instruction-Instruction data 2011-2014 - Drupal -  ARCHIVES. The data is in the form of Excel spreadsheets and includes everyone so you will need to filter out your personal data.

Please DO NOT

• Make any changes to the original Excel spreadsheets. Download copies and work from those.
• Add any data to the Excel spreadsheets. They are no longer active.

To see your data and create reports

1. Login to LibAnalytics
2. Choose a Dataset
3. Click on View/Analyze all records

You can review your records and edit or delete records

Use a filter to retrieve your records.

You can add multiple filters.

Use the Date Range at the top of the screen to limit by date or use the Filters to chose a year or quarter.

Use the Tabs to view your data. Use the graphs and charts to plot your data.

Or to see all you data in table format.
