Calm Week

In partnership with OSU CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services), The Valley Library is hosting Calm Week to help students take a break and recharge.

Calm Week at OSU Valley Library

Calm Week is a chance to take a break and recharge during the busy academic year. There are different activities planned throughout the week with some self-guided activities available any time. Please see the schedule below.

Calm Week is happening in the Kow Lounge on the 2nd (main) floor of The Valley Library.  

Calm Week is a partnership with OSU CAPS and The Valley Library.

Calm Week Activites

During the week of April 28 - May 2, 2025, these activities will be out for you to do on your own:

  • Collective art project
  • Visions boards
  • DIY corner Bookmarks
  • Pop-up Mind Spa: please come to the Borrowing and Information Desk on the 2nd (main) floor at the library and ask for the key to the room.
