This is a guide of on-campus and off-campus tax resources for the OSU community.

VITA Program at OSU

Oregon State University hosts the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.

  • This program is available for those with income below $60,000.
  • No need to be affiliated with OSU! VITA partners with the OSU College of Business.
  • VITA starts February, 2022, and appointments need to be made in advance.
  • Language services available for English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean.

Tax Booklets and Forms

Print Federal tax forms and booklets are located in the Valley Library's lobby, opposite of the vending machines on the 2nd floor. Alternatively, the Information desk can print a tax form for patrons if none are available.
