1. Log into my.oregonstate.edu using your ONID username and password.

2. Once logged in, be sure to navigate to the "Employee" Dashboard. From here, use the "search" bar at the top of the page and Search "W-2."

3. Click on the resource that says "W-2 Wage and Tax Statement."

4. Be sure to select the appropriate tax year.

5. Once the tax form appears, an option for a printable version can be found at the bottom of the screen.
