INIS provides a comprehensive information reference service for literature on the peaceful applications of nuclear science and technology. To do this, INIS processes most of the world's scientific and technical literature that falls within its subject scope and maintains a database which currently contains over 2.2 million bibliographic references, making it the world's most comprehensive information source on the peaceful applications of nuclear science and technology.
