*ALERT* NCBI/PubMed Login Changed on June 1, 2021!

If you login to NCBI or PubMed (via NCBI) account to use features like MyNCBI (saved search history, saved searches, search alerts, etc.), SciENcv, MyBibliography or to submit data to NCBI, this message is for YOU!
Beginning on June 1, 2021, login to your NCBI account must be with federated account credentials via those set with eRA Commons, Google,, ORCID, institutions like Oregon State University, and others. If YOU created your NCBI account and set your own username and password, this message applies to you. You can check if you have only have an NCBI-managed account or a 3rd-party federated credentials account by logging into your NCBI account, clicking on your username (upper right corner), and looking to see what shows up in your profile under the Native NCBI Account box and the Linked Accounts box. If  you ONLY have account information in the Native NCBI Account box, then you have an NCBI-managed account and need to link your NCBI account to one of the federated credentials tools noted above. You can do this by following the instructions in the "What do I need to do?" section of NCBI's announcement.
