Anyone is welcome to use the OSU Libraries. Locations include:
We have public access computers where you can search our library catalog and access the online databases. You can get research help at the reference desk.
For borrowing privileges, you will need a library card.
Your local public library is a great source for information, resources, and research assistance. Please contact your local public library to find out about borrowing priviledges and other services available to community members.
OSU Libraries can offer interlibrary loan services only to current OSU faculty, staff and students. To borrow materials from other libraries, please visit your local public library.
Please check with your local public library regarding borrowing and interlibrary loan privileges. Some libraries may charge for interlibrary loan services.
OSU Libraries staff are happy to assist you with your research. You can contact us by phone at (541)737-7293 or by email or chat.
You may also use the Answerland chat service. The online service is staffed by librarians from all over Oregon and is available to all Oregon residents.
In addition to borrowing books, the following services are available to community users with a valid library card.
Due to licensing restrictions, we can only make the online databases available off-campus to OSU faculty, students and staff. You may use the databases in the library.
