Summit/WorldCat Catalog use to to find and request books and other materials from libraries across the Northwest and throughout the world.

America: History and Life is the main database for finding citations & abstracts for U.S. History articles or book reviews.

Historical Abstracts provides citations & abstracts for articles and books covering historical topics outside of the U.S. (and Canada).

JSTOR provides full-text to many back issues history, interdisciplinary and area studies journals.

Project Muse provides full-text to current years of many history, interdisciplinary and area studies journals.


Start Broadly - 1Search

Find books, online scholarly articles or newspaper articles that OSU subscribes to.  If you need to find specific items, such as books by a particular author, use the advanced search option for more precise searching.
