1.  Use the sorting features to help visualize and organize your collections.  Click on the column header to sort a field (for example, creator) in ascending or descending order.

2.  Add more columns to make your sorting more relevant for your needs.  In the middle pane right click on the existing column headings. Choose from the list of additional options, for example "date added" or "year."
